How Does The Painting Process Work?

Step 1 is to organise a quote for your interior painting. The most effective method is to conduct a site visit to view the area and discuss your needs. An Interior Painter can attend for an obligation free quote 24/7 across Canberra ACT & surrounding NSW.

Step 2 is to review the quote. Following the site visit a written quote will be emailed to you detailing the interior painting work to be completed. The quote is inclusive of all labour, materials and GST. Take some time to review the details and ask as many questions as you like. If you choose to proceed let me know via reply email and I will be in contact to discuss commencement date/s then an email containing the deposit details will be sent. Once the deposit is paid a receipt will be provided via email and the commencement date secured. 

Step 3 Is all about preparation, anyone can pick up a paintbrush or roller, the difference in a quality house painting finish depends on the preparation. At the start of your painting job, time is spent preparing your interior surfaces to ensure a high-quality painting finish that will last. Protective coverings are applied to furnishings and belongings.

The painting application will depend on the interior painting inclusions and if the painting service is residential painting or commercial painting. Domestic painting is usually quicker than commercial. The timeframe for painting can vary depending on preparation time, paint colours, surface condition, location, weather and access. I will provide my best estimate during quoting.
